mallaskoski

Mallaskoski’s story began over 100 years ago in Seinäjoki, Finland, when Johan Wallenius first brewed with the rugged spirit of the north. Today, the brewery still honors that tradition with pure Nordic water, artisanal methods, and a relentless passion for quality.

From crisp lagers and pilsners to hop-forward IPAs, refreshing sours, and bold barrel-aged stouts – Mallaskoski brings both classic flavors and modern beer adventures, always with a true Nordic soul.

Born out of darkness. Brewed in Pohjanmaa. Shared with beer lovers everywhere.

Bryggverket is living proof that great things come from the north. Based in Umeå, Sweden, the brewery started in 2014 as a group of friends experimenting with beer - and that curiosity still drives everything they do today.

Known for bold, modern beers and a playful approach to ingredients, Bryggverket constantly pushes boundaries. From award-winning brews to unexpected side projects like soft drinks and ice cream, they refuse to stay in one lane.

Bryggverket has no plans to play it safe. With new ideas always around the corner and a recent partnership with This is How, the brewery is stepping into its next chapter with even more ambition.

What started with homebrewing gear for This Is How has grown into a full-scale brewery inside an old bus garage in Piteå, northern Sweden. It might sound unconventional – but that’s exactly the point.

From day one, the brewery has stayed true to its roots: hands-on, down-to-earth, and driven by passion for great beer. Over the years, they’ve outgrown their setup more than once, continuously expanding and evolving as demand has grown.
